I just want to start out by saying thank you for putting some hope back into the world and proving that there are people like you out there who will put in the effort to read resources and jump through 5184701398 hoops to play a game they're interested in, instead of shouting "global when" on social media and not doing any research.

Beyond the World does a great job making you like them all don't they haha I started out intending to only have a single bias like I did with all the other CN otome games but they trapped me and locked me in hard haha. Never have I liked them all enough to get merch in sets...

I knew Yi Yu's missions would wreck me but I was absolutely blindsided by Xia Xiaoyin's. What do you mean the entire thing was pretty funny with light banter and then very naturally become bittersweet in the last scene??? The writers absolutely know what they're doing with each guy's story!!

What I love about Beyond the World's writing is that it's not complex, the words they use are very simple, and it does well in its genre. My friends and I keep saying that if you're after a classic novel, go read Light and Night. If you're after a light novel, go for Beyond the World. If you're after a console otome game, go for Lovebrush Chronicles. Each of them write well for their own genre and don't clash when we have overlapping themes.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately in this economy), it does take some effort to be able to play the game. But if you can do it, so can your friends. I like to think of it as a way to filter out the people who only want to install it to just say they've "played the game". It's honestly these people who have made me reluctant to share real-time anymore, but I'm glad what I have up is still super helpful to you! I also hope my existing summaries still help as a starting point for anyone who decides to play.

i've been playing beyond the world for the past few months now and as someone who had to go through hoops just to get into this game (currently playing it on an android emulator on my pc), this has become one of my favorite otome games ever! the story and concept of infinite flow is so interesting and this is one of the otome games where i ended up enjoying all the LIs because their writing is so sooo good especially xxy and yy (their 1st and 2nd side missions got me wrecked and ruined)

i only wish this game was easier to get into because ive been talking about this game with so many of my friends whenever they see me carry around my pocket-sized xxy plush ;w; anyway thank you so much for the resources, especially the live summaries for the main story (i'm still in the cruise world) bc they were also super helpful :3
