The time has come for me to analyse the men properly AHEM! Thank you for the question 🥰 We have no official MBTIs for our men (yet) so this is all just me making guesses. I'm assigning traits according to the personality aspects as explained at 16Personalities including the Identity Aspect, and under the assumption MC isn't around or involved, because I swear things change drastically when she is haha

Gu Shiye: ISTJ-A

Yi Yu: INTJ-T

Bai Yuan: ESFP-A

Xia Xiaoyin: INFP-T

I did this 3 times and XXY was the easiest to pinpoint every single time for some reason LOL This tsun is so easy to understand it's adorable haha. I reckon he wants to be the "Thinking" trait but fails and ends up being "Feeling". I personally also find the thought of Xia Xiaoyin being -Turbulent and stressing coz of his perfectionism funny, but he probably doesn't 😆 And I think he works better when he's stress. I can totally see him as someone fuelled by rage or spite.

No surprises for Gu Shiye and Bai Yuan either. Again, surprisingly straightforward but Yi Yu... YI YU!!!!!

Okay, so third trait was pretty easy. I thought I would have trouble with Yi Yu coz he's so emotional around MC but BUT!! He's pretty stone cold as Mr Yi of Fusheng group. And even around MC he's good in hiding his feelings and showing the ones he wants MC to see so it leads her in a certain direction if he really wanted to. Had he grown up normally I think he would have been F-leaning, but his environment screwed that up and he was essentially forced to be T-leaning.

I did mald over the fourth trait for Yi Yu coz it's so hard to think about him separate from MC. He's so flexible and open to doing whatever she wants that I forget what he's really like in at work or going about when she's not around. Even then I feel like he balances the J & P traits so well he can be either depending on what he needs. In the end, I thought back to the years he planned taking over Boreas and how he set up a trap as Mr Yi and led her step by step right into it without her knowing.

For the fifth trait, I read this sentence and went "damn that's Yi Yu" LOL

"Always feeling the need to do more, to have more, and to be more, Turbulent individuals can also get caught up in endless thoughts of criticisms, slights, or regrets."

I think he's the type who's always teetering on the edge of depression because of how shit the world is to him. His meticulous planning is his way of preventing himself from falling into any situations that would push him over the edge. It's always MC who pushes him into the abyss while also being his only saviour.
