Yup, we got 101 pulls on 1st anniversary and 202 this time for 2nd anniversary, spread across 2 banners. They've improved from last year. A portion of the pulls are an Omnipotent Shard that can be used across all banners. None of Beyond the World's gacha shards have an expiration date. You can choose to keep them forever, keep for  re-run or exchange them for standard shards to use in the permanent pool.

The fact the game lets you read all its main, personal and event stories for free, with story length basically equivalent to date cards in other games, makes it a generous game regardless of gacha. I guess you can treat Anniversary as a way to thank players for their support and also a way to attract new players. Seems to have worked very well this year lol.

Pity depends if it's a long event banner (800 milestone), solo banner (300 milestone), side mission banner (300 milestone). Overall it's usually:

Soft pity: 70Hard pity (solo): 180Hard pity (event): 360

But in the two years I've played I've gotten a World card every 40-50 pulls at worst excluding the accumulative rewards at 100 & 200 pulls and the exchange at 140/180, depending on the banner. Even if I go 99 pulls without a World card I get a double event yolk at the 100th, averaging it out to 50 pulls per World card. Side note, I only do 10-pulls.

In solo banners, I get the event card within first 40 pulls. It's only when I try to full-stack the card that I get frustrated with it, but I still get an average of 1 World card per 50. In 800 pulls, the max I've ever been spooked is 5 times, so about a 30% chance. But by the time I'm spooked, I have enough to exchange event cards twice lol

I've answered a question previously asking if Beyond the World's gacha is friendly. I think with the resources the game gives outside of anniversary and the options to exchange, I think it's really generous.

I've also answered a question on how to register for games in the Chinese store before. I can't give you a definite answer because as I mention in that reply, I don't know what device you're using or if there are regional barriers I don't experience.
